١ - لا يقبل الاعتراض فى وفاء الشيك إلا فى حالة ضياعه أو إفلاس حامله أو الحجر عليه .
٢ - وإذا حصل الاعتراض على الرغم من هذا الحظر لأسباب أخرى تعين على محكمة الأمور المستعجلة بناء على طلب الحامل أن تقضى بشطب الاعتراض ولو فى حالة قيام دعوى أصلية .
