Article 486 of the Trade Law

١ - يتداول الشيك لحامله بمجرد التسليم .
٢ - الشيك المشروط دفعه لشخص مسمى سواء نص فيه على شرط الأمر أو لم ينص يكون قابلا للتداول بالتظهير .
٣ - الشيك المشروط دفعه لشخص مسمى والمكتوب فيه عبارة ليس للأمر أو أية عبارة أخرى بهذا المعنى لايجوز تداوله إلا باتباع أحكام حوالة الحق المنصوص عليها فى القانون المدنى مع ما يترتب على هذه الحوالة من آثار .
٤ - يجوز تظهير الشيك للساحب أو لأى ملتزم آخر ، ويجوز لهؤلاء تظهير الشيك من جديد .
