Article 478 of the Trade Law

١ - يجوز سحب الشيك لأمر ساحبه .
٢ - كما يجوز سحبه لحساب شخص آخر .
٣ - ولا يجوز سحبه على ساحبه إلا فى حالة سحبه من بنك على أحد فروعه أو من
فرع على فرع آخر بشرط ألا يكون الشيك مستحق الوفاء لحامله .
