١ - يلتزم محرر السند لأمر على الوجه الذى يلتزم به قابل الكمبيالة .
٢ - يجب تقديم السند لأمر المستحق بعد مدة معينة من الاطلاع إلى المحرر
فى الميعاد المنصوص عليه فى المادة ٤١١ من هذا القانون للتأشير عليه بما يفيد الاطلاع
عليه . ويجب أن يكون التأشير مؤرخا وموقعا من المحرر . وتبدأ مدة الاطلاع من تاريخ
هذا التأشير . وإذا امتنع المحرر عن وضع التأشير وجب إثبات امتناعه باحتجاج ويعتبر
تاريخ هذا الاحتجاج بداية لسريان مدة الاطلاع .
