١ - لحامل الكمبيالة أن يحرر صورا منها .
٢ - يجب أن تكون الصور مطابقة تماما لأصل الكمبيالة وما تحمل من تظهيرات
وبيانات أخرى ، كما يجب أن يبين فيها الحد الذى ينتهى عنده النسخ من الأصل .
٣ - يجوز تظهير الصورة وضمانها احتياطيا بالكيفية التى يجرى بها تظهير
أو ضمان الأصل وبالآثار نفسها .
