١ - إذا قبل المسحوب عليه الكمبيالة صار ملزما بوفاء قيمتها فى ميعاد استحقاقها .
٢ - وفى حالة عدم الوفاء يكون للحامل ولو كان هو الساحب نفسه مطالبة المسحوب
عليه القابل بدعوى مباشرة ناشئة عن الكمبيالة بكل ما تجوز المطالبة به بموجب المادت[غير مقروء]
٤٤٤ ، ٤٤٥ من هذا القانون .
