١ - يكتب التظهير على الكمبيالة نفسها أو على ورقة متصلة بها " وصلة " ويوقعه المظهر .
٢ - ويجوز ألا يذكر فى التظهير اسم المظهر إليه كما يجوز أن يقتصر على توقيع المظهر ( التظهير على بياض ) ويشترط لصحة التظهير فى هذه الحالة الأخيرة أن يكتب على ظهر الكمبيالة أو على الوصلة .
