١ - يجوز لساحب الكمبيالة المستحقة الوفاء لدى الاطلاع أو بعد مدة معينة من الاطلاع عليها أن يشترط عائدا منفصلا عن المبلغ المذكور فيها .
٢ - ويعتبر هذا الشرط فى الكمبيالات الأخرى كأن لم يكن .
٣ - ويجب بيان العائد فى الكمبيالة . فإذا خلت منه اعتبر الشرط كأن لم يكن .
٤ - ويحسب العائد من تاريخ إصدار الكمبيالة مالم يتفق على تاريخ آخر .
