الصك الخالى من أحد البيانات المذكورة فى المادة ٣٧٩ من هذا القانون لا يعد كمبيالة إلا فى الحالات الآتية :
(أ) إذا خلت الكمبيالة من بيان ميعاد الاستحقاق اعتبرت مستحقة الوفاء لدى الاطلاع عليها .
(ب) وإذا خلت من بيان مكان الوفاء اعتبر المكان المبين بجانب اسم المسحوب عليه مكانا للوفاء ، وموطنا للمسحوب عليه فى نفس الوقت .
(ج) وإذا خلت من بيان مكان الإصدار اعتبرت صادرة فى المكان المبين بجانب توقيع الساحب .
