إذا كان الحساب الجارى مفتوحا بين بنك وطرف آخر اعتبر الحساب مقطوعا فى نهاية السنة المالية للبنك ولا يعتبر هذا القطع قفلا للحساب وإنما يظل مفتوحا ويرحل رصيده إلى نفس الحساب الذى يستأنف حركته فى اليوم التالى لقطعه .
