١ - للبنك قبل المدين الأصلى فى الصك والمستفيد وغيرهما من الملتزمين الآخرين جميع الحقوق الناشئة عن الصك الذى خصمه .
٢ - وللبنك فضلا عن ذلك قبل المستفيد حق مستقل فى استرداد المبالغ التى دفعها دون استنزال ما خصمه البنك من نسبة وما قبضه من عمولة ، ويكون للبنك استعمال هذا الحق فى حدود الصكوك غير المدفوعة أيا كان سبب الامتناع عن دفعها .
