لا يجوز تحويل الاعتماد المستندى ولا تجزئته إلا إذا كان البنك الذى فتحه مأذونا فى تحويله كله أو بعضه إلى شخص أو إلى جملة أشخاص غير المستفيد الأول بن[غير مقروء] على تعليمات صادرة من هذا المستفيد . ولا يتم التحويل إلا إذا وافق عليه البنك ولا يجوز التحويل إلا مرة واحدة ما لم يتفق على غير ذلك .
