١ - إذا أصدر البنك دفتر توفير وجب أن يذكر فى الدفتر اسم من صدر لصالحه وأن يدون فى الدفتر المدفوعات والمسحوبات . وتكون البيانات الواردة بالدفتر الموقع عليها من موظف البنك حجة فى إثبات تلك البيانات فى العلاقة بين البنك ومن صدر الدفتر لصالحه .
٢ - يجوز إصدار دفتر توفير باسم القاصر . ويكون للقاصر ولكل شخص آخر حق الإيداع فى هذا الدفتر . ولا يكون للقاصر حق السحب منه إلا وفقا للأحكام المنصوص عليها فى القانون .
