١ - على الوكيل بالعمولة للنقل تنفيذ تعليمات موكله خاصة ماتعلق منها بميعاد
النقل واختيار الناقل والطريق الواجب اتباعه .
٢ - ولايجوز للوكيل بالعمولة للنقل أن يقيد فى حساب موكله أجرة نقل أزيد
من الأجرة التى اتفق عليها مع الناقل . وكل مايحصل عليه الوكيل من مزايا من الناقل
تعود منفعته إلى الموكل ما لم يتفق فى عقد الوكالة بالعمولة أو يقضى العرف بغير ذلك .
