على السمسار ولو لم يكن مفوضا إلا من أحد طرفى العقد أن يعرض الصفقة على
الطرفين بأمانة وأن يوقفهما على جميع الظروف التى يعلمها عن الصفقة ، ويكون
السمسار مسئولا قبلهما عما يصدر منه من غش أو خطأ جسيم .
