يلتزم وكيل العقود بالمحافظة على حقوق الموكل ، وله اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات التحفظية اللازمة للمحافظة على هذه الحقوق ، وعليه أن يزود موكله بالبيانات الخاصة بحالة السوق فى منطقة نشاطه .
