١ - الوكالة بالعمولة عقد يتعهد بمقتضاه الوكيل بأن يجرى باسمه تصرفا قانونيا لحساب الموكل .
٢ - وتسرى على الوكالة بالعمولة بالإضافة إلى الأحكام العامة بشأن الوكالة التجارية الأحكام المنصوص عليها فى المواد التالية .
