يجوز للغير الذى يتعامل مع الوكيل ان يطلب الاطلاع على عقد الوكالة وعلى المراسلات وغيرها من الوثائق المثبتة أو المقيدة لسلطة الوكيل . ولا يجوز الاحتجاج على الغير بالقيود الواردة على سلطة الوكيل إلا إذا ثبت علم الغير بها وقت التعاقد .
