يكون باطلا كل اتفاق يبرم وقت تقرير الرهن أو بعد تقريره يعطى الدائن المرتهن فى حالة عدم استيفاء الدين عند حلول أجله الحق فى تملك الشىء المرهون أو فى بيعه دون مراعاة الإجراءات المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ١٢٦ ) من هذا القانون .
