يعمل بأحكام القانون المرافق بشأن المحاماه ، ويلغى قانون المحاماه الصادر بالقانون رقم ٦١ لسنة ١٩٦٨ والقانون رقم ١٢٥ لسنة ١٩٨١ ببعض الأحكام الخاصة بنقابة المحامين كما يلغى أى نص يرد فى أى قانون آخر ويكون مخالفا لأحكام القانون المرافق .
