يسقط حق الموكل فى مطالبة محاميه برد الأوراق والمستندات والحقوق المترتبة على عقد الوكالة بمضى خمس سنوات من تاريخ انتهاء وكالته ، وتنقطع هذه المدة بالمطالبة بها بكتاب موصى عليه .
