يتولى المحامى ابلاغ موكله بمراحل سير الدعوى ومايتم فيها وعليه أن يبادر الى اخطاره بما يصدر من أحكام فيها وأن يقدم له النصح فيما يتعلق بالطعن فى الحكم اذا كان فى غير مصلحته ، وأن يلفت نظره الى مواعيد الطعن .
