لا يجوز للمحامى التوقيع على صحف الدعاوى والطعون وسائر أوراق المحضرين والعقود المقدمة للشهر العقارى أو الحضور والمرافعة بالمخالفة لأحكام ممارسة أعمال المحاماه المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون والا حكم بعدم القبول أو البطلان بحسب الأحوال وذلك مع عدم الاخلال بمسئولية المحامى طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون ومسئوليته قبل من أضر به الاجراء المخالف .
