Article 66 of the Advocacy Law

لا يجوز لمن تولى وظيفة عامة أو خاصة وانتهت علاقته بها واشتغل بالمحاماة أن يقبل الوكالة بنفسه أو بواسطة محام يعمل فى مكتبه بأية صفة كانت فى دعوى ضد الجهة التى كان يعمل بها وذلك خلال السنوات الثلاث التالية لانتهاء علاقته بها .
ويسرى هذا الحظر على المحامى الذى يتولى عضوية مجلس الشعب ومجلس الشورى أو المجالس المحلية بالنسبة للدعاوى التى ترفع على هذه المجالس .
