لا يجوز الحجز على مكتب المحامى وكافة محتوياته المستخدمة فى مزاولة المهنة .
واستثناء من حكم المادة ٢٠ من القانون رقم ١٣٦ لسنة ١٩٨١ يجوز للمحامى أو لورثته التنازل عن حق ايجار مكتب المحاماه لمزاولة مهنة حرة أو حرفة غير مقلقة للراحة أو مضرة بالصحة .
