Article 39 of the Advocacy Law

يشترط لقبول طلب القيد بجدول المحامين أمام محكمة النقض أن يكون طالب القيد من الفئات الآتية :
١ المحامون المقبولون أمام محاكم الاستئناف الذين يكون قد مضى على اشتغالهم بالمحاماة فعلا أمام هذه المحاكم عشر سنوات على الأقل وكانت لهم أبحاث أو مذكرات أو فتاوى قانونية مبتكرة .
٢ الشاغلون لوظيفة أستاذ فى مادة القانون بالجامعات المصرية .
٣ المستشارون السابقون بالمحاكم وما يعادلها من وظائف الهيئات القضائية .
