The Supreme Constitutional Court struck down this article in whole or part (case 38 of judicial year 17, hearing of 1996-05-18): that part is not law
يكون قيد المحامى بجدول المحامين تحت التمرين لأول مرة اذا لم تتوافر فيه الشروط التى تسمح بقيده فى أحد الجداول الملحقة الأخرى .
ويشترط للقيد فى هذا الجدول ألا تجاوز سن طالب القيد خمسين سنة وقت تقديم الطلب .
