اذا توفى المحامى أو أصيب بعجز كلى دون أن تتوافر فيه شروط استحقاقه معاشا طبقا للمواد السابقة وكان مقيدا بالجدول العام صرف له أو المستحقين عنه مبلغ خمسمائة جنيه دفعة واحدة ومعاش قدره أربعون جنيها شهريا .
