تتكون موارد الصندوق من :
١ حصيلة صندوق الاعانات والمعاشات الموجود بالنقابة وقت العمل بأحكام هذا القانون .
٢ حصيلة طوابع دمغة المحاماه .
٣ حصيلة أتعاب المحاماه التى تحكم بها المحاكم فى جميع القضايا .
٤ عائد استثمار أموال الصندوق .
٥ الهبات والتبرعات والاعانات التى يتلقاها والتى يوافق الصندوق على قبولها .
