تتحمل الهيئات العامة وشركات القطاع العام والشركات والجهات الخاصة برسوم القيد والاشتراكات الخاصة بالمحامين العاملين فى ادارتها القانونية المرخص لها بذلك طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
واذا لم تقم بسدادها فى الميعاد المحدد ، كان المحامى مسئولا أمام النقابة عن سدادها ، مع حفظ حقه فى استردادها من الجهة التى يتبعها .
