مجلس النقابة هو المهيمن على أموال النقابة وتحصيلها وحفظها ويقوم باقرار أو صرف النفقات التى تستلزمها شئون النقابة فى حدود الاعتمادات المقررة فى الميزانية .
ويشرف أمين الصندوق على تطبيق النظام المالى والتحقق من سلامته .
وتباشر مجالس النقابات الفرعية ذات الصلاحيات فى حدود دائرة النقابة الفرعية وفق الميزانيات التقديرية المقررة من مجلس النقابة العامة .
