Article 156 of the Advocacy Law

مع عدم الإخلال بالحق فى التقاضى ، يختص مجلس النقابة العامة بالنظر فى التظلمات
من تشكيل الجمعيات العمومية أو مجالس النقابات الفرعية بطلب يقدم إليه خلال أسبوعين
من تاريخ إبلاغه بالتشكيل بالقرارات من عشر أعضاء الجمعية العمومية للنقابة الفرعية
على الأقل الذين حضروا اجتماعها .
كما يختص مجلس النقابة العامة بالفصل فى التظلمات فى القرارات الصادرة
من مجالس النقابات الفرعية خلال الثلاثين يوما التالية لإبلاغها إليه .
