تتكون الجمعية العمومية للنقابة الفرعية من المحامين المقيدين فى الجدول العام فى دائرتها المقبولين للمرافعة أمام محكمة النقض أو محاكم الاستئناف ، أو المحاكم الابتدائية ممن تتوافر فيهم الشروط المبينة بالفقرة الأولى من المادة (١٢٤) .
