Article 110 of the Advocacy Law

يجوز لمجلس التأديب وللنيابة وللمحامى أن يكلفوا بالحضور الشهود الذين يرون فائدة من سماع شهاداتهم فاذا تخلف أحد من الشهود عن الحضور أو حضر وامتنع عن أداء الشهادة جاز للمجلس معاقبته بالعقوبات المقررة فى قانون الاجراءات الجنائية فى مواد الجنح ، ويعاقب على شهادة الزور أمام مجلس التأديب بعقوبات شهادة الزور فى مواد الجنح .
