اذا لم تكن الوقائع المسندة الى المحامى من الجسامة بحيث تستدعى المحاكمة الجنائية أو التأديبية ، جاز للنيابة أن ترسل لمجلس النقابة التحقيق الذى أجرته ليتخذ مايراه فى هذا الشأن .
