تعفى من ضريبة الدمغة النسبية المقررة بالبند (أ) من المادة (٧٥) من قانون ضريبة
الدمغة الصادر بالقانون رقم ١١١ لسنة ١٩٨٠ ، المبالغ المخصصة للرابحين نقدا أو عينا
التي تلتزم بها الجهات مصدرة اليانصيب بمناسبة اشتراكها في مهرجانات السياحة
والتسوق التي يصدر بشأنها قرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء .
