فيما عدا ما هو منصوص عليه من إجراءات وقواعد في المواد التالية أو في الأوامر التي يصدرها رئيس الجمهورية تطبق أحكام القوانين المعمول بها على تحقيق القضايا التي تختص بالفصل فيها محاكم أمن الدولة وإجراءات نظرها والحكم فيها وتنفيذ العقوبات المقضي بها.
ويكون للنيابة العامة عند التحقيق كافة السلطات المخولة لها ولقاضي التحقيق ولغرفة الاتهام (قاضي الإحالة) بمقتضى هذه القوانين.
