يصدر مجلس الوزراء خلال أسبوعين من تاريخ العمل بأحكام هذا القانون بناء على عرض وزير المالية بعد التنسيق مع البنك المركزى والجهات المختصة ، القرار المنفذ لأحكامه مرفقا به جداول بقيم المبالغ النقدية ونوع العملة الأجنبية واجبة السداد وفقا لحكم المادة (١) من هذا القانون ، موزعة بحسب أنواع وفئات السيارات اومنشئها .
