تعفى من الضريبة العامة على المبيعات الطائرات المدنية ومحركاتها وأجزاؤها
ومكوناتها وقطع غيارها والمعدات اللازمة لاستخدامها ، وكذلك الخدمات التي تقدم
لهذه الطائرات داخل الدائرة الجمركية سواء كانت هي ومحركاتها وأجزاؤها ومكوناتها
وقطع غيارها ومعداتها والخدمات التي تقدم لها مستوردة أو محلية ، وذلك طبقا
للأحكام والقواعد الواردة باتفاق التجارة في الطائرات المدنية الصادر بشأنها قرار
رئيس الجمهورية رقم ٤١٤ لسنة ١٩٨٣
