لا يجوز الحجز على الأموال المودعة من أى شخص طبيعى بصندوق التوفير حال حياة المودع أو بعد وفاته، ويجوز التنازل عن هذه المبالغ فى الحدود والأوضاع التى تقررها اللائحة التنفيذية.
