إذا بلغت خسائر الشركة نصف قيمة حقوق المساهمين وفقا لآخر قوائم مالية سنوية للشركة، وجب على مجلس الإدارة دعوة الجمعية العامة غير العادية للنظر فى حل الشركة أو استمرارها.
