تلتزم فروع الشركات الأجنبية وما فى حكمها بالأحكام الخاصة بالعاملين المبينة بالمواد ١٧٤ ، ١٧٥ ، ١٧٦ من هذا القانون .
ويكون للعاملين بهذه الفروع نصيب فى الأرباح على الوجه الذى تحدده اللائحة التنفيذية طبقا لنص المادة ٤١ من هذا القانون .
