تلتزم الشركة بكل تصرف يجريه المصفى باسمها اذا كان مما تقتضيه أعمال التصفية ولو جاوز القيود الواردة على سلطة المصفى أو استعمل المصفى توقيع الشركة لحسابه الخاص الا اذا كان من تعاقد مع المصفى سىء النية .
