يعهد بادارة شركة التوصية بالأسهم الى شريك متضامن أو أكثر ، ويعين عقد تأسيس الشركة أسماء من يعهد اليهم بالادارة وسلطاتهم فيها .
ويكون حكم من يعهد اليه بالادارة من حيث المسئولية حكم المؤسسين وأعضاء مجلس الادارة فى شركات المساهمة فى تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون .
