للمراقب فى كل وقت الحق فى الاطلاع على جميع دفاتر الشركة وسجلاتها ومستنداتها وفى طلب البيانات والايضاحات التى يرى ضرورة الحصول عليها لأداء مهمته ، وله كذلك أن يحقق موجودات الشركة والتزاماتها ويتعين على مجلس الادارة ان يمكن المراقب من كل ما تقدم .
وعلى المراقب فى حالة عدم تمكينه من استعمال الحقوق المنصوص عليها اثبات ذلك كتابة فى تقرير يقدم الى مجلس الادارة ويعرض على الجمعية العامة ان لم يقم مجلس الادارة بتيسير مهمته .
