Article 4 of the Upper Egypt Development Authority Law

تتكون موارد الهيئة مما يأتي :
١ - الاعتمادات التي تخصصها لها الدولة .
٢ - الهبات والمنح والتبرعات والإعانات وذلك وفقا للقواعد المقررة في هذا الشأن .
٣ - القروض التي يوافق عليها مجلس إدارة الهيئة .
٤ - مقابل الخدمات التي تؤديها الهيئة للغير .
٥ - عائد استثمار أموال الهيئة .
٦ - أي موارد أخرى يوافق عليها مجلس إدارة الهيئة وتتفق مع طبيعة الهيئة .
