يجوز للصناديق الخاصة المخاطبة بأحكام هذا القانون استخدام ما تراه من الأنظمة الإلكترونية لعرض بنود اجتماعات الجمعيات العامة العادية أو غير العادية والتصويت عليها عن بعد من قبل أعضائها الذين يحق لهم المشاركة والتصويت في الجمعية وذلك كله وفقا للشروط والإجراءات التي يصدر بها قرار من مجلس إدارة الهيئة .
