يكون لكل صندوق مجلس إدارة يتكون من عدد فردى من الأعضاء لا يقل عن خمسة ولا يزيد على أحد عشر عضوا ، على أن يكون من بينهم اثنان من ذوى الخبرة .
ويحدد النظام الأساسي للصندوق اختصاصات مجلس الإدارة وشروط وكيفية انتخاب واختيار أعضائه ، وإنهاء عضويتهم .
