يجوز للمضرور أو ورثته الجمع بين مبلغ التأمين المنصوص عليه فى هذا القانون وأي مبالغ أخرى تستحق بمقتضى وثائق تأمين اختيارية تكون قد أبرمت لتغطية الإصابات البدنية أو الوفاة الناجمة عن حوادث المركبات .
