لا يجوز لأى شركة مزاولة نشاط إدارة برامج الرعاية الصحية إلا بعد الحصول على ترخيص بذلك من الهيئة والقيد لديها في سجل يعد لهذا الغرض .
ويقتصر غرض الشركة على مزاولة نشاط إدارة برامج الرعاية الصحية .
ويكون تأسيس تلك الشركات وقيدها والترخيص لها بمزاولة النشاط من الهيئة وفقا للشروط والقواعد والإجراءات الواردة بأحكام هذا القانون والقرارات الصادرة تنفيذا له .
